A Charity Rooted in Christian Faith & Community

Jubilee is a Christian charity based in Yorkshire, working in partnership with individuals, groups and organisations across communities, business, education, denominations, Christian networks and churches.

Founded in 1999 by Ian & Alyson Mayer, The Jubilee Trust exists to support people in developing a meaningful and authentic Christian faith that touches every part of their lives.

Our Mission

Charitable Objects

The Trust's work is guided by three specific charitable purposes.

Advancing Christian Faith

To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs in Doncaster and the surrounding area and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world.

Relief of Hardship

To relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve the distress caused thereby in the locality and beyond.

Community Benefit

To promote and fulfil charitable purposes beneficial to the community in Doncaster and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Trustees may from time to time think fit.

The Jubilee Trust works alongside churches, partners and communities to advance the Christian faith, relieve hardship, and serve the wider community across Yorkshire and beyond. Each of our projects below tells part of that story.

Supporting people on life’s journey…

Founded on 1st May 2014 by Alyson & Ian Mayer, and based in Doncaster North, Manna Community CIC existed to create opportunities in and around the Doncaster area — a context for meeting the broad range of physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs within local communities.

Movement Day Doncaster took place on Wednesday 20th June 2018. Movement Day was about celebrating Christian unity, connecting those in strategic leadership across Doncaster, and creating a conversation between the Church, Commercial, Civic, and Community quarters.

Connecting and developing Christian Leaders ...

Founded on 23rd September 2004 and inspired by Romans 15 v5–7, One Heart One Voice was the heartbeat of church unity across Doncaster for twenty years — through City Celebrations, City Prayer, Movement Day Doncaster and beyond, until passing the baton in 2024 to Passion for Doncaster.
